Volunteer Opportunities For PNWCC

Support families while they attend the conference. Community Service hours available if needed.

  • Kids Kamp: We are looking for volunteers (high school and adults) to watch, care and play with kids ranging in ages from zero to twelve. Those who are comfortable will be taking older youth to play within Great Wolf Lodge’s indoor water park. While other volunteers will have the opportunity to work with younger foster kids (infants and toddlers).
  • Workshop Monitors: Monitor workshop doors by scanning QR codes. Assist speakers as needed. Help setup breakout rooms.
  • Registration: Check in attendees for the conference, handout packets and answer questions.
  • Conference Setup/Breakdown: We will need help setting up all areas of the conference and then break everything down.
  • Greeters: Be available in various areas of the conference and hotel to guide attendees as needed and answer questions. Greeters are also needed during the meal breaks and the Caregiver Party Monday night.
  • Fundraising: Work at the FPAWS booth and during the conference selling raffle tickets and distributing prizes as needed.
  • Anywhere Needed: We have various tasks during the conference to be performed.
