Sandra Quiroz recently transitioned from foster care and continues to live with her foster mother though her siblings were moved. Sandra is passionate about the siblings in care connections issues. Sandra has been separated from her siblings and is working with FPAWS and Gateways for Youth and Families to help move Sandra's Law forward.
Dianne Dorey (FPAWS Treasurer) Dianne and her husband Stephen, who passed away in 2009, have been foster parents for 125 children for nearly 20 years and have three sons of their own. Dianne has been the Lewis County Assessor for the last 12 years and worked in her office for a total of 34 years.
Micah Arneberg and her husband Dick adopted Brooklyn from the foster care system and want to help FPAWS build a better system for kids in care. Micah and Dick are big supporters of Walk Me Home...to the place I belong. Micah also shares her passion for children as a teacher at Mt. Tahoma High School in Tacoma.

Mary McGauhey is a foster parent in Region 3 who cares for Developmentally Delayed Treatment Foster youth. Mary is a volunteer on the task force for educating foster families concerning the mental health system through the Bright Futures grant. She has been a therapeutic foster parent for 13 years and has fostered for over 35 children specializing in developmental delays and mental health issues. She developed and coordinated a respite program for children from families impacted by mental health issues with Compass Mental Health.
