Walk Me Home... to the place I belong is a healthy way to raise much needed funds to support the work of our volunteers that care for the kids in out of home care. Connect with your community! The Walk in Lewis County will be the first event again this year. Please contact Marci at marcimiess@hotmail.com and tell her you appreciate her teams efforts. There will be another a Walk in Yakima in May, contact Adrianne Garner adrianneg75@yahoo.com and her team who did a terrific job raising awareness in 2010 and are working hard already this year for foster care and the Yakima Community Center. Olympia will have a Walk in June Contact Jennifer Myrick at FOSTERMOMJENN@aol.com and thank her and their group for supporting foster care and raising funds for Capital Kids Connection. Amy Gardner and her Capital Kids group will walk in the Kelso/Longview area.
