We believe all children are entitled to a safe and nurturing family experience and families choosing to provide such experiences deserve the respect and support of the community.
This event was terrific! We will write more soon, but plan to be there next year! MLK would have been proud of our salute to National Service Day and our celebration of the Stars in Washington State Social Service.

Held on January 17th, 2011 (National Day of Service and Awareness) Night of 1000 Dreams is a combined effort to raise funds and awareness of the needs of these children, and to celebrate the dedicated community members who open their homes to them each day.
Not everyone can be a foster parent, but we can come together to help assure that all children have a safe and nurturing family experience while in the hands of Washington State citizens. Together we can show respect and support to the families choosing to provide such experiences by partnering with them to assure each child’s dream comes true.
