Lawsuit on behalf of licensed foster parents

The lawsuit continues and both sides are gathering their evidence. It looks like we will be in court sometime near the end of the summer 2012. Please view the lawsuit as filed with the United States District Court. Beth and I, along with every member of our FPAWS Board see this as our duty and responsibility. We are building a strong working relationship with Children's Administration and have been working for years to make foster care better for children in our State.
